1. Introduction

The present terms of use govern the use of the electronic gift voucher (hereinafter “Gift Card”) issued by DESSUS Relaxation‘s e-shop dessus.gr.

2. Activation and Power

• The Gift Card is automatically activated upon purchase.
• The Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• After the expiry of the validity period, the balance of the Gift Card is no longer valid and is non-refundable.

3. Use of Gift Card

• The Gift Card can be used only once and for purchases of products or services available in the online store.
• The amount of the Gift Card can be used in one or more transactions until the balance is exhausted.
• If the total amount of the purchase exceeds the available balance of the Gift Card, the customer must cover the difference with another means of payment.
• The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The Gift Card may not be sold or transferred to a third party.

4. Restrictions

• The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or to cover shipping costs.
• DESSUS Relaxation reserves the right to modify these terms of use without prior notice.

5. Security

• The customer is solely responsible for the safe keeping of the Gift Card code.
